Joanna Horton-Liaou works with Freshman Learning Community students in the “Identity” cluster on the Sanford Meisner Method of Acting. These exercises allow the students to get to know their classmates and themselves better.
In this video, students participated in an exercise where they assigned a distinct movement to their names and the group repeats each name and movement. The string of names/movements builds until the entire group is represented.
